Our black ripstop fabrics are choosing the high quality raw material, with strong enforcement weaving of Ripstop 3/3, which is very durable to wear after making the uniforms.
We design the compostion ratio of fabric at 65%polyester 35%cotton, which is the classical combination without ball pilling . Then it proceeds with bleaching , mercerizing and using the good VAT dyestuff to dye the black color with good color fastness after washing and sunlights no fading . After the dyeing, we could make the water repellent or water proof treatment according to the customer’s required.
Our black ripstop fabrics are very popular in the African polices, so many countries polices used our fabrics to make the police uniforms, just only Ghana’s Police is placing the orders of 400 thousand meters every year.
